Narrative
Eva (Odessa Young), a 19th century widow, is forced to make an impossible decision when a ship sinks off the coast of her remote fishing station in the midst of an exceptionally harsh winter. Eva and her crew must choose between rescuing the castaways or surviving the winter on their last remaining food. Faced with the consequences of their choices and wracked with guilt, the residents struggle with a growing sense of fear and begin to believe that they will all be punished for their decisions.
