Narrative

Secret Plot. The third film in the “28 Days Later” series. The trailer features a distinctive recording of Rudyard Kipling’s poem “Boots,” read by actor Taylor Holmes in 1915. The repetitive rhythm of the poem imagines the march of British soldiers during the Boer War, and this recording of the poem is used by the U.S. Army to simulate the psychological distress of being held captive. Followed by “28 Years Later Part II: Temple of Bones”
